What is EMS training?

Xbody World leads the EMS industry. Their state of the art exercise equipment elicits muscle contractions using electric impulses. The impulses are generated by a device (the suit) which delivers through electrodes to the skin surface above the muscle to be stimulated. The muscle then contracts resulting in actual movement and regular contraction of the muscle.

 

How EMS works?

Xbody World experts teach us that during traditional strength training, the brain sends impulses which stimulate muscles to contract. However, not all muscles have a well-developed connection to the brain and these muscles are not activated as easily and therefore they will not develop as well.
